Lastly when i contacted the company that sold them to me and ask for a refund they sent me an email and told me that they had come up with a fix and that there was a better way to connect them to my device however these still didnt work after i tried their method

So the atoz guarantee was a little faulty for me that day and im really contemplating whether or not i want to be a prime member anymore because they made me pay for the return shipping label
