They have responded within hours to my emails and very quickly decided i must have had a faulty product which they replaced immediatly and they are working perfectly

The headphones come with a charging usb cable and additional different sized ear buds

When not in use the ear buds can be stored in the neckband by way of a magnetic port that holds them in place

The only issues are that sometimes the connection can drop also the warning message for low battery says battery high
