I like the bass & sound quality, but i had no option, rather than returning it.
The warranty information, included with the unit, fails to list contact information for warranty issues.
The sound quality is okay, but the range of the headset is literally no larger than the distance from my pocket to my head.
Not sure if i got a wrong product or the battery life is like this for all the users.
