The only thing is you have to patient with the set up and the bluetooth activating

Links into cellphone well and computer but make sure you turn off one or the other if you are switching up the pairing

I have tried just about every kind of bluetooth device over the past years so i am no stranger to bluetooth devices especially since i will not talk on the phone without one

I would have given this product 5 stars except for 1 reason the over the ear hook does not stay over the ear and in the ear because of the flexible materials both will not stay on the ear or in the ear together for too long one jumps off your ear which makes for an uncomfortable fit especially when it is designed to be worn continuously for hours without removing i used the small ear buds for comfort
