I sent them a video of the issues and they promised me a new unit once they received more stock.
Doss sent me another one, but, i should have used amazon to get a another one, as i had no way of tracking the replacement.

The audiophiles may be able to nit pick issues with it but having spent a morning in a well known store in the uk there was nothing that would come close to the xls performance even almost tripling the cost and less delivery
