For me this device worked without problems on a windows 10 computer

The computer chimed to indicate that a device had been connected but otherwise gave no messages about installing drivers or similar and when i checked the tray icons the bluetooth icon was immediately there

Then i put my headset into pairing mode and was able to use the windows add a bluetooth device dialogue to detect and pair my headset
