    I purchased this unit so that i could listen to tv spectre audio from a distance with jvc wireless earphones

    I plugged the adapter into the usb jack and the provided cable into the earphone jack then turned power on

    Upon powering up the earphones it took about 56 seconds and then the two units were paired and i could then listen to the tv audio through the earphones
