6 months later i hooked it up again to fully charge because a hurricane is 2 days away from fl and the b300 battery is dead.
I am happy with the product and the support that i received.

I e-mailed like it said to do and have not recieved a reply about how to send it for repair.
I had to send back the b300 but anson had one sent out to me as soon as they received my first one.
Packaging/appearance
Just came in yesterday, the box was well packaged and insulated with styrofoam from the factory.
The packages are pretty heavy though and might need two people to make moving these around more feasible.

Still under waranteeupdate so glad i bought the bluetti unit from amazon and not directly from the manufacturer their customer service is terrible but when the amazon bluetti people saw this review they got right on it and sent me a new b300 battery that is working great

My original b300 i got there was something wrong with it
