Pros

The eb55 portable power station is an elegant product. For camping and portable power needs it is the right size. It is small and compact. Easily can handle my cpap, computer, router and tv.

The eb55 has specs of 537wh/700w, which means i don't get quite as much time with it. That 700w is a great spec for the price! This little unit packs a reasonable amount of stored power (537wh) with a 700w inverter.

The included instructions come in an stiff envelope. Very satisfied with the purchase. This is one reason i buy from amazon.

The eb55 has many outlets including a wireless smartphone charging pad on the top. The qi charger on top is very convenient. Charging all our devices; flashlights, phones, for our family of 6.

The eb55 van can be charged via 200w power supply and 200w solar via the hc60 connector. It has 4 x 110v pure sign wave ac plugs, two are 3-prong and 2 are 2 prongs. Comes with its own 200 watt ac to dc charger.

After several months of owning this great little power box, it stopped charging properly.

It charged 4 phones and other items and still had 60% power after a week.

Price

I can only complain about the price.

Of course a larger capacity battery would last far longer but for price and size, this seemed like a good starting point.

Shipping

I shipped the defective unit back and had a new replacement unit in just over a week.

After some back and forth, bluetti helped me ship back the faulty battery and then sent me a new one.

I was impressed enough to buy a second one and am now also waiting on 2 of the newest updated versions the eb3a to be delivered.

Competitiveness

I bought 2 100 w solar panels from a separate brand and can charge to 100% in a few hours.
