Wasn’t expecting this to be delivered until 1-30-25 and was delivered 1-22-25.
They should have good units available to ship asap in my opinion in case they ship a dead one.
They tell me they will ship the replacement unit “soon.
Update3: ok, they shipped the replacement ac180 and i’m supposed to get it tomorrow.

They asked me to send pictures of how i packet the unit for return.
Out of the box, it was 52% charged, so i put it on charge around 10 minutes ago and it’s up to 58%.
Update1: i complied with all of bluetti’s requirements, video, pictures of packaging etc.
Competitiveness
Also, this combination is much more cost effective than the newer ac180 v2 with the larger battery.
Don't trust competitor ad showing people carrying similar power one with one had either.
Bluetti must put a lot into their marketing because all the overlander channels seem to be sponsored by this company.
This was not available with the other power stations i researched and that was a deal breaker for me.
