Pros

Two side handles help with portability. App allows for remote viewing of the power intake. Only con i can come up with at the moment is that the thing is dang heavy.

Bluetti are the pioneers of solar power stations. The ac180's 1152wh and 2700 peak capacity provide ample power to run my lights, power tools, fans, etc for extended periods. The panels give enough sun power to the ac180 to charge up pretty quickly.

Whether camping, emergencies, or simply needing a backup power source, this machine gives me unmatched performance and peace of mind. Not having to hunt for gas/wait in hours-long lines at the gas stations to refill my generator cans was a huge plus.

Cons

I’m in for a penny. One via amazon return page. You're on the hook for return shipping if the unit doesn't work as advertised.

Bluetti 180 has terrible run times. Stalled and then sent a not prepaid address label at the last minute. Bluetti’s customer service is nonexistent. Rundown test was not done continuously.

Bluetti needs to fix this flaw in future iterations, (just add a bluetooth pairing button! Now unit only charges with 280 watts maximum using the ac input. Apparently, this is a known problem and it impacts the dc charging input as well.

The low efficiency of the vtoman greatly decreases the runtime. The dc7909 connector of the bluetti fits so loosely that it disconnects any time i move either the battery or the solar panel.

I ordered this on the black friday sale and the shipping was extremely fast.

Packaging/appearance

Units packaged very well and no damage to the heavy duty boxes.

Easy to pack, and powers everything i need.

It only had a 50% charge when i opened the box, so i tested it briefly to verify that it worked.

Competitiveness

This power station is nice and compact while still providing the same output as larger bluetti power stations.

We debated between this and a comparable ecoflow, ultimately deciding to save the few dollars and go with the ac180.

I have a competitor unit but the controls are on opposite ends making using a pain.

I can tell you honestly that the orange brand seems a bit better, the fittings are tighter, and it just holds a charge better.
