We just received this last weekend, and so far so good, we are using it for our glamping village.
Just got through hurricane helene and my fridge ran 72 hours because of this little guy and 400 watts of solar.
They went on sale right before prime day and i got one.
Took only 4 days to arrive boxes in decent condition and both units tested fine.
Packaging/appearance
I like that they put the accessories/charges/etc in their own box so that i'm not losing them, nor am i not knowing what they are for.

I have 2 other bluettis the eb3a and the ac200plove the eb3a use it everyday i live in a van and i can charge it anywhere .

The generator is great just make sure you have the solar panels and cables to efficiently run the length you need and this guy will keep you humming along

To bad we couldnt clonehim i would buy bluetti for lifei even use them to charge my honda clarity evi charge them from my solar in my shed then haulthem on my little red wagon to my cari dont fully charge yet but i get a few miles fordriving around townthanks again bluetti and sun
