Main use for this unit is to keep some things running during a power outage. It is also portable so when you are not using it in the home, you can use it in an rv or cabin. If you live in an area that has frequent power outage then this is a must.

Bluetti is by far the best bang for the buck imo. The expandable batteries are priced too high but is an option. Bluetti keeps innovating by bringing out updated hardware while giving more features for very competitive pricing.

No-load power consumption of about 11w based on my observations. It requires two 100 watt (12 v) solar panels to charge.

It is unreasonable to recalibrate the soc every week. It is primitive compared to the main unit - clearly an afterthought. Both radiated and conducted emissions from this unit are completely unacceptable.

No way to automate maintaining the battery at near full charge. Also the charge that comes with never pulls the rates charging wattage always way less.
