Pros

Received my kit in just over one week. Gave is 4 out of five due to the cost which is rather high. It all makes sense now in hindsight but dropping 4k dollars doesn't come easy.

First off, i just want to commend bluetti for the way they package their products. No complaints on performance, though. It is exciting to find a company in 2022 that not only has a great quality product but awesome customer support.

Bluetti double boxes their products in heavy duty cardboard. Bought a large wheeled cart to store and move them and the ac300 cause dang. Absolute game changer for our camping/over landing trips off grid.

Cons

Thirteen months in the ac300 started tripping out for overcurrent.

The connectors on the ac200max are on the left side, and the battery cables are too short to go from the left to the right connectors.

Gave is 4 out of five due to the cost which is rather high (look for the sales which are good).

Just came in yesterday, the box was well packaged and insulated with styrofoam from the factory.

First off, i just want to commend bluetti for the way they package their products.

This makes it impossible to track the second box, resulting in it being "lost" in our case.

Competitiveness

Sarah with bluetti was amazing and refunded the difference in price and offered even more savings on additional products i wished to order.

I would also be remiss if i failed to mention that the ac300 + b300 has a blazing solar input of 2400 (much better than the competition).
