I am happy with the product and the support that i received from lyn.
Received the b300 and the build quality is very good.
I’ll update this if i can ever get in touch with the company to get this resolved.
I could have built a unit with components for less, yet i wanted this quality t y, expandable easy to use unit.
Shipping
So far this bluetti is what i expected and more nice piece of equipment will pack in the shipping charges up in 15 minutes to 100%
We are talking shipping cost for approx 120 lbs after paying shy of $ 4000.
They accept the unit back but i have to pay for shipping.
2) the unit is shipped in two boxes, with only one shipping label/tracking number and a note that they will arrive on different days.

Once out of the box the sturdy handles help tremendously when moving these things.

For example the marketing of the optional 30 amp power supply cable list it as a 12v 30amp cable making it appear to be for dc applications
