Pros

Bluetti is a premium brand. Screen is very simple and clear.

For the size,weight,and portability it’s awesome. Square shape and recessed handle make packing and stacking a breeze. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts or anyone in need of a reliable backup power source.

Recharge time is insane. Different modes of recharging is so crucial.

Cons

Either bluetti has some serious thermal management issues or they need to reset their firmware. Googled the problem and found a few forum entries and several other people complaining of the exact same scenario.

The device falls just short of the advertised wattage rating. As other reviewers have said, it * the ac inverter randomly.

Immediately disconnected the power, packed it back up, added amazon rma label to the inside of the box. Returned the unit for a refund. Also online instructions say to restart the unit but doesn't give me instructions on how to do that.

Toxic fumes when recharging, battery read faulty. One has a burning smell when i charge it. The eb3a over heating and burning odors indicates a potential fire hazard.

We have two eb3as: one with the modem/router; another with a baby cam we use as a security cam.

The unit did not come with the user manual.

I’m literally sending it back and reordering, hoping it will come with the proper items.

Totally worth it for what it costs.

Packaging/appearance

I was doing computer work, and had my laptop and other equipment plugged into the bluetti.

Bluetti eb3a was on special and had features i wanted, so decided to try.

So i tested it out on the mattress inflating, deflating, inflating, etc.

I tested it overnight on the astroai 12 volt portable freezer (58 quart) in eco mode, and it indicated almost 14 hours in that mode.

Competitiveness

I give it a solid 4-star rating.
