My 2 yr old grandson loves this, but it definitely does not say 9 phrases. Just the right size for my granddaughter. Grandbaby loves this little guy!
The voice is clear and the plushie is soft. It's soft and cuddly even with the voice box inside. Bingo’s voice is still just as loud and clear as it was on christmas day!
This beach themed bluey is so cute. Bluey says a couple phrases about the beach, and plays the theme song when the belly is pressed. He is plush enough by the hugs/smile from the receiver. My granddaughter loves bluey.
Cons
The box says that the toy says 9 phrases but it says only 4. Repeats 2 things. If you go to troubleshooting, it says not available.

My niece turned 2 and when my niece saw bluey in bag she repeatedly said bluey and couldn’t get him out fast enough…and he was stuck in the bag
