Can't vouch for cold laminating, but don't skimp on the quality of the pouches and this won't let you down if you go down the hot route.

The 5 star review is for the replacement laminator not the one that i was originally supplied with

However the cutter was rather poor and imprecise with no way to hold the paper in place and the very flimsy bar that the cutter slid along made it almost impossible to get an accurate cut

I had to wait a while for the replacement as it was being replaced by a new model branded crenova instead of blusmart the new model is excellent

My first attempt was jammed but i figured out that you have to insert the paper slowly using the guidance marks shown on the panel
