Pros

These are a great bargain, and will run a 100 watt ssb radio all day without breaking a sweat. Used to power my vhf station, where i run an 80 watt rig.

The output adjusts from around 11 to 15 volts. It is fantastic as-is, and truly amazing with some mods for those inclined. Bumped the voltage up to 13. Volts using the adjustment pot.



Cons

The enclosure is dented on the same spot. There was also a melted notch right above it in the flip-down guard. There are no screws on the buss to electrically attach any devices.

    No this item isnt sparkly or meant to be on a shelf for display so 34warmth34 isnt its role here now if they meant to say thermal control thatd be a different story

    It preforms outstandingly but be warned the fan kicks on even with low load or most of the time stays on and its fairly loud
