    Taking off the old molding took longest

    The rear installed within minutes but the front took about an hour because residue from old gasket was stuck under windshield i had to carefully cut what i could out with a utility knife

    Once i removed most of the old residue the new gasket still wouldnt go in at the top without hammering it in with a cloth covered hammer it still isnt flush but its still better than the old crackedflaking gasketproduct is as good as it gets definately invest some time slowly removing old gasket dont just rip it out and make sure to clean out whatever remaining resdue is left before attempting insall of the windshield gasket

    You want to pry it out underneath the metalrubber support

    Pull it upwards and it should slowly detach from the windshieldbody like tape

    Just gently hammer it and watch it fall inside
