Bought a 4-pack first followed by a 2-pack a short time later. Works like a charm. Had it for few months - no problem.

Tried to pair it with alexia, to no avail. I've been misled and am quite upset about it. Tried for 45 minutes to connect the bn link app to the device.
Strong odor of electrical burn. Seem like planned obsolescence. These are now just overpriced, run of the mill plugs.

The lights kicked on at night and the day before that the humidifier turned on during the day which is not good for chameleons but luckily i was home and caught it

Voice commands with alexa are hit or miss some words that it will understand you need one word names anything more alexa won’t understand it when you’re commanding for the switch to kick on

Worked good with alexa and a scale of 110 for ease of setup 1 being easy and 10 being way to much for your little brain to handle i give it a 3 as it took a little bit to understand and set up

It was tricky for me to set it up but i also didnt read the directions works great through turning it on with my phone
