The customer service is top notch, very responsive to my needs. I am a return buyer because this product really works.
I live in pnw and this stuff soaks up moisture usually collecting inside cars and trucks that starts the winter mildew growth. Helps keep my boat cabin musty smell free.
Cons
The sailboat has been neglected and stinks with humidity. Meanwhile i can feel the cushions & sheets on the bed are moist.

Checked it today after three months and buckets have an inch of water that was collected from moisture.

Bought one for each of my vehicles and the musty smell was gone almost overnight

Just remember they dont work in cold conditions and the water has to be dumped or in the case of this type its a discard unit
