My major issue is that prime sent me a defective bag

Upon opening the box i found that the front panel was dirty like it had been shuffled around on the floor and the left side of the bag had a cut that was 6 inches long in it im guessing from when someone opened the box or whatever it was packaged in or it was used as a floor model and demonstrated its antitheft features by cutting into it

Upon speaking with amazon on the phone they told me the only thing i could do was return the bag wait for a refund or a gift card from them and buy the bag again
