Yes it actually records to a sd card so you can record your night viewing

After a rash of car burglaries we can now sit in different locations and watch for movement in the dark where we werent able to see before

I wanted it for hunting and scoping out areas but another main reason is i do movie theater checks and not suppose to do counts until having the movie has started which makes it incredibly difficult to do
