I picked this one just to get a couple extra batteries as i already have the m2 strap.
However, the padding on the headstrap makes wearing earphones (i use pcvr with my quest) a bit harder.

Ive got dj headphones with similar padding i have to replace every few months due to the coating flaking off from contact with sweat
