Pros

Basket is sturdy and easy to clean. Comes with a reusable filter which is great for the environment. Easy to clean, i just use a bottle brush.

The bodom drip coffee maker is lighter than our original chemex maker. The flavor of the brew is amazing. Only issue is coffee drips slowly. This is a fine brewer, but you should avoid the manufacturer's directions on use.

Makes phenomenal coffee. Quite large and good value for the price. Aesthetically pleasing. Very pleased with product.

Cons

It smells like mildew or mould. Just tried running it in the dishwasher and the glass was all cracked.

Doesn't hold the heat, a bit of a palaver, less enjoyable than a regular coffee. The bodum pour over broke while i was handwashing it.
