The cork is wonderful. It also cleans easily - i just wipe mine with a well wrung microfiber cloth. I prefer the plastic neck wrap over the cork as it would be a hassle to take the wrap off.

The filter basket of the thing is the main problem both cheap and terrible. The reusable filter that it comes with is totally worthless. We were sent a used one that hadn’t even been cleaned properly.
