The bamboo used is low grade which is made clear by how it molds. The bamboo warped after first use. I assume this was due to the moisture of the rolls. The box itself is cheap flimsy plastic.
Nice aesthetic design is worthless. A product with a flaw as glaring as this should be removed from production.
