A good product with one flaw the plunger has a tendency to remain stuck at the bottom of the press and to pull it back up requires strength and the small wire basket bends

You need to stir initially as the ground coffee tends to float and some of it wont even get wet

I thought stirring several times before pushing the filter down would allow the coffee to release more flavor but this is a very bad idea

If put in suspension by stirring it will immediately clog the filter and it will be next to impossible to push it down

If you usually drink more than a cup you will have to restart the process but for true coffee purists you shouldnt leave coffee to grow cold and bitter nor ruin it by nuking
