One comment they call these beer glasses but a 12 oz beer will not fit in one pouring unless you fill it right to the edge

Bodum also has great customer service granted i dont know if anyone else has had a glass replaced for free but if you are careful and your glass still breaks it could be worth calling the manufacturer

They do require additional care such as hand washing and dropping the ice in the glass carefully

They are two layers of thin glass so keep away from dishwashers and do not stack in a rack

These glasses work very well there is no condensation regardless how cold the drink isi was disappointed that the glass feels cold when you pick it up i had expected the glass to insulate a bit betterit also feels lighter than i expected because its made of two thin layers of glass i prefer heavier glasseswe are careful when dropping ice cubes into the glasses and to not put them touching other dishes in the dishwasher and so far neither of them has broken
