Pros
This will be a nice addition or intro piece of equipment. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Fonctionne très très bien.
Great for frothing milk and cream for coffee. Works best with barista blend. Froths milk, cream, and flavored creamers with ease.
No more jell-o sand at the bottom for me. Gives that added touch to a speciality home brew. A brilliant little mixer.
Cons
It is unbalanced, and inserting it into the milk at the wrong angle flings hot liquid around the room. There is a metal spiral on the bottom of the apparatus, that is wrapped around a circular wire.
On/off button is on top and not ergonomically designed. Speed is very very slow, even with new batteries. Hard to take cover off to install batteries, hard to see battery position indication.
Very disappointing and completely out of the window to return or exchange. Disappointed with the quality of this item. This is my first amazon review because i have never purchased a worse product in my life.
Alltogether its a waste of money and time, even for $9. Do not waste your time purchasing this product. Not worth the hassle.

I wouldnt bother buying the fancier milk frothers as the one i had before it died had a very small capacity and never made froth like this one

Theres no instructions for a device this simplistic in design but at no point should you feel like its difficult to use

Lastly another really prominent complaint was having trouble opening and closing the top inserting the batteries the right way

The top pries off fairly easily so instead of forcing one side unsuccessfully just save your efforts and switch to trying the other
