The travel mug is robust and works well at maintaining the temperature of its contents but is not leak proof. Very sturdy, doesn't leak at all, and very ergonomic design.

It leaks easily. It is brittle. Doesn't keep anything hot for more than 2o minutes. When boiling water on your hands isn't a fun way to find out either. Extremely disappointed with this travel mug.

To put the sleeve back on when the cup comes out if the dishwasher i rub a wet finger around the inside of the sleeve to put just enough water there to allow it to slide back onto the cup
