The plastic handle wobbles and falls out of alignment constantly
Great idea however the quality just isnt there its not smooth and i feel i spend more time adjusting and pushing the medal pin thats on the handle in so i can actually squeeze down completely
The adjustable resistance is good but the plastic housing is cheaply built
It is great for improving the strength in your hands
