This tool is outstanding and very sturdy. The product itself is sturdy but light. Great quality and solid construction.
All in all, this is an amazing product. I've got no hesitations at all about recommending it wholeheartedly.

I find the balance of pressure just enough works best as too much pressure is just torture with maybe more pain than is necessary

I initially put off purchasing this rather expensive trigger point tool thinking that something smaller and less expensive could do the job well enough but i was wrong

Tennis balls for example have the right kind of denseness but the problem with tennis balls is that the surface is often too large and can only reach surface knots

Then theres the overall size of this tool it simply has to be this large so that a person can reach parts of their own body without another persons help
