I’m not sure how well it works handheld i tend to use finger pressure when reachable the ball can add another dimension but won’t work as well for fascia release

Good for shoulders and back as long as youre careful not to roll over bones

Dried skin and dirt can get inside and without opening it i doubt i can get it truly clean

While it gets the job done it looks cheap and there is a small gap for the ball to move when you press on it leaving chances to potentially pinch your skin
