Although i enjoyed the comfort and relief that i received from the product i felt that it was temporary since i am not able to restore any of them back to a liquid state and therefore no longer able to use them

While the initial activation was easy getting the various sizes back to original state for reuse was far too timeconsuming and dangerous

If the sales person had said you need to wrap the packs in a towel and put in boiling water with an additional towel on the bottom of the pan to be able to reuse there is no way i would have purchased these

The explanation the young lady provided about clicking a coin has not helped me at all to be able to reuse these hot packs and i receive no answer to my email
