Pros

The included measuring tape is great. My doctor likes to measure my waist but makes it very snug - this won't get as snug.

Cons

The retraction device has approx 1 of slack when it engages, making accurate self measurements difficult. Though the ruler works ok, the measurements are very inaccurate.

You have to repeatedly pull the tape back and forth to get it to retract. Likely due to a malfunction of the button. The slider is too stiff so the clicker clicks before you've even fully pressed it to your skin.

The calipers are plastic and not sturdy. The caliper is flimsy. Caliper is made poorly.
