It has everything required for body massage. A great muscle relaxant. The roller is sturdy, well built and on soft side, so it doesn't hurts your back.
Cons
Stick roller stick is too stiff, and it doesn't roll. Bag's zip was found to be slightly cracked upon receipt. This is best avoided.
