Pros

The band sleeve really protects the bands. The door stopper is good. Good quality bands and straps.

The kit comes with a little booklet that as different excercises. Easy to get a solid workout in. Great gym replacement. Have just completed first workout.

This is the 5th set i purchased. The band colors are a nice change from the original rainbow colors. Amazing bands.

My favorite exercise with them is bicep curls. It also helps me work my triceps without causing elbow pain when i use dumbbells.

They work best for that. Can't complain. Watch a video on how to use them properly once.

The 30 lb band looped like this gives 60 lbs of resistance, and the top two bands together give close to 100 lbs (96).

They were also way too light and didn't offer much resistance.

Worth the $$$$ for the great workout he achieves with these bands.

Great value for the buck i'm very happy with my purchase and bought another set!

I have ordered an extra 30 lb band separately for $28, to grow into as i get stronger.

And much cheaper than a gym membership.

Competitiveness

I've bought resistance bands from different local fitness stores before and the bodylastic bands are easily the best.

There are lots of similar products on the market and i did quite a bit of research.
