Pros

Bodylastics resistance is consistent with lbs rating listed. The only complaint i have is that the clip isn't the same quality as my older bands. This 30lb tube is tougher than the competing brands 50 to 60lb tubes.

I order over and over as my creative mind think of more ways to maximize my workouts. Use this for curls, shoulder press, shrugs. Very pleased with the elasticity as described. I mostly use them at home to rehab naggin shoulder injuries.

Bodylastics bands are the bees knees. Safest band out there. This band's a beast.

Cons

Not durable with light use. I use the band 2 times a week just to do some quick activation tricep and hamstring sets (3x20) and it’s showing splits in the rubber already. Made for some irritation doing some movements.

That set was not only very cheaply manufactured, but the resistance was almost non-existant.

I've had these for about 7 years and the 3 lbs model is the only one that has broken.

You get more than you pay for.

A bit pricey but i can understand, these are a step up from the typical basic rubber bands.

Ordered it 2 days ago and it arrived on christmas eve.

Competitiveness

These are much better than my old set from a different brand.

I'm finding that with a stable anchor system, these bands give me a better workout than anything i've encountered.

I've used other numerous versions of bands but have found none that compare to this brand.

Don't bother with cheaper alternatives to bodylastics.
