Has a top and bottom row at front and back for pitting in weights found the mobile pocket did not fit my iphone but would fit older small phones

Glad i bought this used 3kg to start in front put weights on bottom row as woman found the top row of weights uncomfortable as right over my chest and back on top and bottom rows
