There were enough ballons to make a 12ft garland. the colors are not all “dusty”, some balloons have a shine.

They are good quality balloons and they include everything you need to make an arch!
I can’t speak for the set up because that was done before i got there but i’m so happy with the way it turned out.

Items arrived on time and as pictures however there were many balloons that had holes

I had to throw out 5 balloons that had holes in them but thank goodness they werent the extra large ones
