Pros
Took arnica 200c(1 dose) before going to bed. I believe this was helpful for this. Bought this to help with bruising after a cosmetic procedure. I lean more towards the arnica montana providing me with a little boost.
Cons
It was more like a placebo for me i think. Didn't realize there was artificial sugar in this.
