Pros

The sooner you put it on if you bruise or hurt yourself, the quicker it can help heal. Comes in handy after bruising from blood work. Helps relieve sore muscles and heal bruises quicker.

Cons

Boiron arnica cream was all busted and all over the inside of the box. This is the second time i received this item in this condition. This helps soften the coloring of bruises, but does not eliminate them.

The negatives are it's super thick and doesn't absorb into the skin for quite a while and it's messy.

Better and more affordable than bio freeze in my opinion.

One arrived squished and the other not too bad but it definitely experienced some handling during shipment.

But every box i have ordered from amazon has looked torn, bent and ragged when it arrived.

Did not like the damage to the box.

Now, i buy only their brand of arnica cream and tablets.

I have tried other cheaper priced brands in the past but always returned to bioron.
