Pros

Rubbed in and lessen the pain in my knuckles. Arnicare is a staple in my medicine cabinet. I mix it with 3 other ingredients to make a lotion that helps with how fragile my skin is where it has thinned out due to age.

Cons

Boiron arnica cream was all busted and all over the inside of the box. This is the second time i received this item in this condition. This helps soften the coloring of bruises, but does not eliminate them.
