Pros

I get the 12 hour shift bloat (i'm a night shift rn) and this helps so much! If you overeat, it settles your stomach right away. I have ib-d and this combined with prilosec really helps.

Cons

Makes it difficult to dispense the pellets. Worst set up to get them out. Why would a bloating and gas natural remedy contain lactose? No working, nothing as the seller description.
