Pros

My mood is almost about baseline and i'm not in excruciating pain. Wonder homeopathic remedy. I am so relieved to find something that works after no help from doctors.

I take this stuff in my luteal phase and although it’s no miracle cure it has made my * more manageable. I suffer from menstrual migraines which cause dizzy spells of 2 or 3 days. They really do hellp you stay calm when you have pmdd.

Cons

Cyclease didn't help with cramping as i had hoped. I have endometriosis and this did nothing to help menstrual pain for me.
