Pellets wont come out of the dispenser unless you take the whole cap off

But once the cap has been detached all pellets could roll out so easily if you are not very careful

Updatei just found the little secret concerning the dispenser you just hold the bottle upside down turn the upper part of the bottle which is like a fixed ring placed under the cap and this ring is actually the dispenser you turn it slowly
