Pros
Deep, refreshing sleep. A bery good nayural way to help sleep. Restful sleep while suffering from a painful medical condition.
Great product. Works a little slower. Very beautiful yarn.
Antihistamine works with none of that hangovery-sluggish feeling i get when i take an antihistamine. It's not hard to wake up after taking this. It works, as in when you take the last ones you better be ready for bed!
Cons
Tried and tried. Hadn't worked yet. Very disappointing. No noticeable help in getting to sleep or keeping me asleep. Also contains lactose, which many including me, cannot tolerate.
