Based on past experience i believe this helped really actually blow all the gunk out of my sinuses. This product is inexpensive and worth a try. Cleared up my sinus issues.
I struggle with allergies and take 3 prescription allergy meds everyday (2 * and 1 nasal spray)—have been for years. I know it may sound strange to be so excited about a runny nose but this stuff is amazing!

This product says to take 12 a day! This is homeopathic, which means that there is no medicine and it's sugar pills. The marketing and packaging makes it look like real medicine, so you get the placebo effect.
