These earbuds are somewhat big which is the reason fory ratings but overall these are good earbuds

Only thing i don’t like is that over time i found myself having to adjust the earbuds every 5 to 10 minutes to prevent them from falling out

Cons no mute option when in call through phone or laptopunable to activate android google assistant may be it works only with sirii attend lot of calls when i am at work and it would be of great help if this option is added

Once you use mono mode it will get stuck and you wont be able to go back to stereo

On the point of great customer support ive been using these for a few months when the left earbuds started sounding spotty and just stopped making sounds
