Pros & Cons
Pros
It's easy to use and setup, and there's very little to cleaning it. Cleaning is a bit difficult due to the carafe's shape and the complexity of the lid. Both seem pretty durable.
It's hard to overstate how this will take your coffee to another level. The quality of the coffee from this brewer is well worth this minor inconvenience. Very sturdy well-made.
This is the second bonavita brewer that i have owned. The first one still work just fine, but needed one for my gf's place for when i go over there. It's cheaper though.
The only negative is that the water level on the canister is hard to read. This is easily remedied with a dot on thecanister. Using a switchbot allows for timers and alexa control if you get the hub.
Cons
One other minor thing about this unit that is subpar is that the volume lines are near impossible to read they are so faint. Company apparently they are stating several customers reached out and cant honor warranty.

This is unacceptable. Such a huge disappointment. Not severely happy but ok. This is ridiculous!
Highlights
Quality
I love the great tasting coffee, the speed of brewing, the metal double-wall stainless pot.
The thermal carafe eliminates the need to heat the pot and you get hot, tasty coffee every time.
My gevi grind and drip was broke after two years.
The first one lasted years before it stopped working.
Price
But perhaps that's the price to pay for amazing tasting coffee.
The pair comes in less than $300 and could definitely last for decades if not centuries.
Shipping
And my email to the company, sent 5+ days ago is yet to be replied.
Competitiveness
We tried melavita and moccamaster # 4 filters and the moccamaster are superior.
I paired it with baratza grinder, which makes the best drip coffee i've had.
Com/bdcnfj9tother similar ones (like the zowie king) are just 0.
We think the flavor is better with the moccamaster.
